Frequently asked questions
Do you do annual fire alarm inspections (S536)?
Yes. Our certified fire alarm technicians carry out the annual inspection and testing required under the Ontario Fire Code and give you a written report with a deficiency list for your building records.
Can you fix deficiencies found by another inspection company?
Yes. Send us the report and we will quote the corrections.
Do you offer maintenance agreements?
Yes. We can bundle the annual fire alarm and emergency lighting inspections with scheduled electrical maintenance for your building.
Do you pull ESA permits and provide certificates?
Yes. We are a licensed electrical contractor (ECRA/ESA #7016967); we take out ESA permits for notifiable work and provide the Certificate of Acceptance once the work passes inspection.
How do you handle suite access and residents?
We provide notices for fire alarm testing and coordinate suite access with management for in-suite devices.
